After travails in Durham we found our own contractually bound local guardian angels, in the form of Tracy and Eric, the Triangle's only MARRIED real estate team. Only one property looked feasible to visit but it stunned us with its stunningly stun gun.
Here's what God has to say about it:
A SHINING GEM JUST SOUTH OF MEBANE! Basic home built as a schoolhouse in 1921. Nice kitchen & master bedroom expansions create a comfortable, personable living space. Marvelous secluded 33A lot includes lake of about 5 acre. Old hardwood floors, working FPs in living room & master, large decks on side &at back! A Must See!
At the outset, a winding woodly journey into the property revealed a great house. The windows were everywhere. We would have to avoid keeping stones in this place if you know what I mean.
We ventured out back. An anole anointed an anonymous arbor as all approached, and accelerated, avoiding attention.
Beyond, Eric warded off snakes with a special rod as we descended the cleared corridor through the rest of the long and narrow trapezoid.
This time we knew the shape of the land – rhomboid, sphere, and dodoctopod were thus out of the question – however finding the borders required more smarts than we could obtain, especially considering that the borders do not exist, while we certainly do. We stayed close to the middle where we knew it was safe, and soon we met a five acre pond.
Horseflies' hot hidden hands hummed, hungrily hiccuping hemoglobin.
Happily, hurting has hence hemi-healed.
